Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using CiteLaunch at https://www.citelaunch.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What CiteLaunch does

CiteLaunch is a weekly product-launch directory. Makers submit products to a leaderboard, collect upvotes and comments, and get a permanent public page for their product and profile.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the site.

Content you submit

• You keep ownership of the product listings, profile information, images, and comments you submit.
• By publishing a listing you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content publicly as part of the directory — including in search results and to AI answer engines that crawl the site.
• You confirm you have the right to submit what you post — a product you own or represent, and images you have the rights to use.
• We may remove content that's spam, misleading, illegal, or that violates these terms, without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use CiteLaunch to post spam, malware, or deceptive listings; manipulate votes or rankings with fake accounts; scrape the site at volume; or attempt to disrupt the service.

Launch credits & payments

Featured launches and launch credit packs are paid features. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Purchased credits don't expire, but they aren't refundable once a featured launch has gone live.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

CiteLaunch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any listing will be cited or ranked by any AI answer engine or search engine. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
