Overview

CiteLaunch ("we", "us") operates a product-launch directory at https://www.citelaunch.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile image Google shares with us.
  • Profile & product data — anything you add to your maker profile or product listing, including uploaded logos, banners, and screenshots.
  • Usage data — page views, votes, and comments on listings, used to rank the weekly leaderboard and show view counts.
  • Payment data — if you buy launch credits, our payment processor handles your card details directly. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the leaderboard, host your public product and profile pages, send account-related emails (login links, launch confirmations), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

What's public

Product listings and maker profiles you choose to publish are public by design — that's the point of the directory. Anything you enter on a public listing or profile (name, tagline, description, links, images) is visible to visitors and can be indexed by search engines and AI answer engines. You can unpublish your maker profile at any time from Settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the site — our hosting provider, database, and email/payment processors — solely to operate CiteLaunch. We don't share your data with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your product listings and profile at any time from your dashboard, or delete your account entirely from Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings from public view.
