Directory submissions by CiteLaunch

Get your SaaS submitted without handing the work to a bot

We turn one approved product profile into consistent submissions across a curated directory list. Every target moves through a visible workflow from planned to submitted to live, and published backlinks are checked again later.

The hard part is not finding a list of directories

Every form asks differently

Taglines, categories, pricing, screenshots, and founder details have to remain consistent even when each directory structures them differently.

A submission is not a placement

Sending a form says nothing about whether it was accepted, published, linked correctly, or removed later. Each state needs to be visible.

Volume can hide poor fit

A giant scraped list is not a strategy. CiteLaunch starts from a maintained catalog and selects a category-aware mix instead of submitting everywhere indiscriminately.

What the managed service includes

Human submissions

A person completes the directory forms using the product profile you reviewed, adapting the fields without changing the underlying facts.

Transparent queue

See the selected directories and follow each task through its actual status rather than receiving a spreadsheet only after the campaign ends.

Live placement URLs

Accepted listings record the public URL, giving you a usable inventory for attribution, audits, and future updates.

Backlink re-checks

A scheduled verifier revisits live placements and flags links that disappear or stop passing the expected backlink value.

How it works

  1. 01

    Approve the submission profile

Confirm the name, URL, positioning, categories, pricing, founder details, and reusable answers before the first form is sent.

  2. 02

    We submit and record progress

The queue shows which directories are planned, in progress, submitted, rejected, or live, including notes when follow-up is required.

  3. 03

    You keep the placement record

Use the live URLs as your distribution inventory while CiteLaunch continues checking whether published backlinks remain intact.

Common questions

Are the directory submissions automated?

No. CiteLaunch describes the service as hand-done: a person completes the forms. AI can help prepare consistent submission copy, but it does not operate a bulk form-submission bot.

How many directories are included?

The current one-time plans cover different directory allowances, from the free starter set through larger paid campaigns. The pricing page is generated from the same plan registry used by checkout and is the authoritative source for current counts and prices.

What happens when a directory rejects the product?

A rejected submission does not consume the purchased directory allowance. The campaign can use another suitable directory so you receive the number of attempted placements described by the plan terms.

Do directory submissions guarantee rankings or customers?

No. A relevant live listing can create referral traffic, entity corroboration, and a backlink, but no service can guarantee rankings, AI citations, approvals, traffic, or sales from third-party directories.

Can I see the directory list before buying?

Yes. CiteLaunch publishes its directory catalog with filters for category, pricing, and backlink characteristics. The order flow also previews the mix selected for the product before payment.

Review the directory mix before you pay

Create the product profile, see the plan and category mix, and keep every resulting submission and live URL in one report.
